How it started

In 2016 we started on the toughest work floor in the country

Our Belgian operations began in 2016 with the logistics process at Brussels Airport, one of the most demanding working environments in the country. Tight deadlines, high pressure and every detail counts.

We delivered. We have held on to that trust ever since, and that start shaped how we work: move fast, put the right student in the right place, and keep quality up under pressure.

Today we place students in five sectors, from transport and cleaning to customer service, technical work and financial administration.

How we work

An involved partner, more than a middleman

We guide students actively, from CV to the work floor.

That produces motivated people who are productive sooner and stay available longer. For you it means less turnover, lower training costs and more peace of mind. We think along with you as a partner, rather than simply passing on a CV.

What we take over

The student employment contract, the Dimona declaration, the hours, the payroll and paying the correct contributions. You receive a single invoice.

What stays with you

Control over who works and when. You decide, we arrange.

Where we are heading

Becoming Belgium’s student partner

We are expanding across Belgium, so that outside Antwerp and Brussels too you have a partner who can move quickly.

More regions means a wider network of motivated students near you. More presence means an account manager who knows your market. Our aim stays the same: to take the load off your organisation so you can focus on what really matters.
