Recruit a Student is eager to expand the team with people just like you. That’s why we created MY Recruit. With this app, you become an ambassador for Recruit a Student. You can earn points by referring new colleagues and for every step they take within MY Recruit.

Earn points effortlessly

With MY Recruit, everything revolves around recruiting new people who want to join team Recruit a Student. As soon as you refer someone, your points counter starts running and with every achievement they reach, you earn additional points.

The more people you bring in, and the better they perform, the more points you collect. These points ultimately translate into a nice bonus for you. The MY Recruit app keeps track of everything, so you can see exactly which points you earned and why.

Earning points is easy:

• when you refer a new recruit,

• when they work,

• and through special achievements that help your score grow quickly.

There is also a leaderboard where, every six months, the top ambassador is crowned. That comes with a great extra reward.

How to get started

Step 1: Download the app in the App Store or Google Play (search for MY Recruit).

Step 2: Log in with your PoolmanagerWeb details. Don’t have these yet? Contact: myrecruit@recruitastudent.nl

Step 3: Register new recruits through the app and play the game. By reaching higher levels and climbing the leaderboard, you can earn great rewards!

Rewards

Every time you unlock the next level, you receive the reward linked to that level. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can reach the first levels!

Rewards for the first 20 levels:

Leaderboard

In addition to the rewards you earn at each level, there’s also the leaderboard. Every six months, the top recruiter receives an extra prize. After that, the leaderboard resets for the next six-month cycle.

Game rules

Naturally, there are a few rules to ensure the game runs smoothly:

1. Recruit a Student expects you to refer recruits who are at least as great as you are.

2. The leaderboard prize is only awarded to MY Recruiters who are employed by Recruit a Student on the day of the prize ceremony.

3. MY Recruiters must handle any data they receive for MY Recruit with care and in an appropriate manner.

4. Recruit a Student reserves the right to (temporarily) pause the game at any time.

5. Recruit a Student reserves the right to reject your recruit.

6. Points earned for a recruit who does not start working for Recruit a Student within 5 weeks will be withdrawn.
